Join us in Toyama, Japan, known for its glass art! Learn from Glass Artist Takaki Miyamoto about powder application techniques in Hotshop such as reducing and patternmaking. Participants will enjoy lectures, demonstrations, guidance, and studio time. Included are field trip in Toyama on 5/25, Lunch (5/25 – 5/31), Welcome party on 5/26
Prerequisite: One year glassblowing experience
Tuition does NOT include hotels and flights. Fumi is in contact with a local hotel to help students stay with $600-700 for 7nights in shared room (5/24 – 5/31). It includes breakfast and dinner. Students are welcome to find a hotel by themselves.
