Australia | March 12–23, 2025

Travel to the land down under and be immersed in the incredible glassmaking culture present in Australia. Our group of craft enthusiasts will spend 12 days visiting with artists in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, and Adelaide. In addition to engaging with artists across the glassmaking spectrum, we will enjoy some of Australia’s most iconic landmarks and cultural heritage destinations, including the legendary wine produced near Adelaide.

Venice | September 2025

Journey to Venice, one of the greatest glassmaking hubs in the world, in September 2025. This trip to Venice will align with Venice Glass Week (2025 dates to be confirmed). Travelers with GAS will have exclusive opportunities to visit studios that rarely open their doors to the public like the legendary Berengo Studio. We will also spend time exploring the Venetian Lagoon and other cultural landmarks that make Venice one of the most special destinations on the planet. Just in time to be a special Valentine’s Day gift for yourself or a loved one: registration for our unique visit to Venice will open on February 14, 2025.

Our Travel Program offers travelers to experience the world through a glassy lens. Not only will you get to see the best landmarks in each destination, but you’ll have VIP access to glass and craft artists with a fun group of like-minded travelers.

Our Travel Program prices include accommodations, meals as indicated in the itinerary, and entrance fees to any venues. It does not cover the cost of your airfare to travel to/from our destinations. For our Australia 2025 trip, the price also includes airfare for our flights inside Australia.

* A minimum of fifteen guests is required for this travel program to proceed. Please wait to hear from GAS to confirm this minimum before making your individual international flight arrangements.

All cancellations must be in writing to [email protected]. All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee and a $300 non-refundable contribution to GAS. All cancellations must be made at least 90 days in advance of the trip start date and, for the Australia trip, received no later than
December 13, 2024. No refunds will be made after this date except in the case of a documented medical emergency, in which case all funds less the cancellation fee, donation, and expenses already incurred, or contractually obligated to be paid, by GAS (non-refundable deposits paid to suppliers on your behalf) will be refunded. There is no refund for a partially completed tour or for unused services of any kind. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended. 

In the case that GAS cancels the trip for any reason other than a Force Majeure*, a full refund will be issued. If the trip is canceled due to a Force Majeure*, a full refund will be issued except for expenses already incurred or contractually obligated to be paid by GAS (non-refundable deposits paid to suppliers on your behalf). 

*FORCE MAJEURE: GAS is not liable for acts of God, fire, weather, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, terrorist acts, strikes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, dangerous incidents to sea, land and air travel, and other similar incidents beyond its control.

YES! Each trip has an Installment Plan option.

** General Booking pricing effective October 18, 2024. Pay your travel in full or with a 50% deposit of $5,355. Final balance is due no later than December 13, 2024.

Yes, we require all travelers to be 18+ in order to have the opportunity to participate in all planned activities.
