GAS MARKET REGISTRATION
All GAS Market booth exhibitors must be current GAS members through May 17, 2025 to participate.
To make registration and check-in easier, GAS Market registrations will be organized under the name of the business or artist exhibiting. Each GAS Market registration includes up to two Exhibitor Passes. Exhibitor Passes include all the benefits of a Standard 4-Day Pass, but are not tied to any one individual, making them easier for exhibitors to use with their teams throughout the conference. You don’t need to know who is attending on behalf of your organization before you register.
Think you’ll need more Exhibitor Passes? Additional passes can be purchased via the registration portal at the current Member rate.

LOCATION + HOURS
This year’s marketplace will be held at the University Center on the UTA campus. Market hours will be 9:30 am – 3 pm on Wednesday, 9:30 am – 5 pm on Thursday and Friday, and 9:30 am – 2 pm on Saturday.

GAS will accept a limited number of advertisements for the conference Program Book. Your advertisement will feature your booth number. GAS Market exhibitors will have the opportunity to purchase ads before the public.
