Art Alliance for Contemporary Glass Presents a Free Virtual Presentation with Father and Son Glass Artists Wes and Wesley Hunting on November 1, 2024

Art Alliance for Contemporary Glass (www.AACGglass.org) will present a conversation with father and son glass artists Wes and Wesley Hunting at its monthly First Friday event, “Fired Up!” The event, free and open to the public, will be held on November 1, 2024 at 1 PM ET via Zoom. Wes and Wesley Hunting will discuss Wes’ nearly 50-year career as a glass artist, their role in the studio glass movement, and their processes and studio. The artists will also preview their new cast glass sculptures for an exhibition at Duncan McClellan Gallery in St. Pete, Fla., scheduled to open on November 8, 2025 and run through the end of the year.

Another exhibition of their work is currently on view at Philabaum Glass Gallery in Tucson, Ariz. through January 18, 2025.
