Registration for our Texas 2025 (May 14–17, 2025) conference opens on November 11 and we couldn’t wait to give you a sneak preview of all the exciting programming and activities we have planned!
NEW THIS YEAR We’re introducing new pricing tiers for conference registration that allow those who register early to save the most money! Why? To serve you better! The earlier we have an accurate attendee count, the better we can ensure we have enough seats, food trucks, restrooms, tote bags, and more for all of our attendees.
Online registration will close completely on April 14, but on-site registration will be available beginning May 14 for $535 for a four-day conference pass.
Looking for ways to save?
We want the conference to be accessible to as many people as possible! Scholarships range from $500-$1000, depending on the specific fund. Submit your application by December 8.
Want to be behind-the-scenes AND save money on your conference registration? Beginning November 11, GAS members can register for work exchange. By working 12 hours at the conference and attending a mandatory, virtual pre-conference training, you can save over $200 on registration!
