2008 WORK EXCHANGE
WORK EXCHANGE POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE
Lower your conference registration fee and have some behind-the-scenes-fun – all while helping out GAS. More than 100 people are needed in the days leading up to and during the conference. Participating in this way can enrich your conference experience and save you money!
A limited number of work exchange positions are available. If you are interested, contact Sarah Bak, Work Exchange Coordinator, to obtain a work exchange application form. If accepted, you will pay the reduced work exchange registration fee, with commitment to work 12 hours during the conference.
Fees
Student member work exchange conference fee: $ 43*
Individual member work exchange conference fee: $143** Plus 12 hours of work during the conference.
A limited number of work exchange positions are available.
Work Exchange participants who miss their work assignments during the conference will be held responsible to pay the full conference fee.
Work exchange assignments will begin on Monday, June 16 and run through Sunday, June 22, 2008. Sarah Bak, Cynthia Morgan and Tobin Copeland-Turner are this years work exchange coordinators.

3. If accepted, you will be contacted by e-mail within a week and sent a form to register for the conference at the reduced rate. You will then submit a completed conference registration form with payment for the reduced work exchange fee to the GAS office in Seattle, WA. (Full-time students must include a photocopy of student ID or other proof of student status)
Work exchange applications are due at the very latest: May 30, 2008.
All confirmations with work assignments will be sent when your registration is received in the GAS office.
If you miss your work assignment during the conference you will be held responsible to pay the full conference fee.
