2007 WOrk Exchange
WORK EXCHANGE POSITIONS ARE STILL AVAILABLE!
Lower your conference registration fee and have some behind-the-scenes fun
all while helping out GAS. More than 100 people are needed in the days leading up to and during the conference. Work Exchange participation allows conference fees to remain affordable for everyone, enriches your conference experience and saves you money.
The Work Exchange program allows participants to attend the conference at a reduced rate, in exchange for 12 hours of work. All Work Exchange participants must be current members of GAS through June 2007.
Assignments will begin on Monday, June 4, 2007 and run through Sunday, June 10, 2007.
Fees:
Student Work Exchange
Conference Fee: .....................$30 USD*
Individual Work Exchange
Conference Fee: .....................$130 USD*
*Plus 12 hours of work during the conference.
A limited number of work exchange positions are available.
Work Exchange participants who miss their work assignments during the conference will be held responsible to pay the full conference fee.
How to Apply
1.) Complete a Work Exchange Application and mail, email or fax to:

2.) You will be notified by email or regular mail within three weeks regarding your acceptance. All work assignments will be sent separately by May 15, 2007.
3.) If a Work Exchange Application is accepted you will then mail, email or fax a completed registration form including reduced Work Exchange Fees to the GAS office. (Full-time students need to include a photocopy of your student ID.)
Confirmation for registration will be sent separately from your assigned work schedule.
